News and Events - RSS Feeds
News and event details from the FCTU can now be sent directly to you via RSS.
RSS, an acronym for Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary, is a service that allows for the automatic distribution of Internet content from news related sites via RSS readers. RSS allows you to receive free updates by subscribing to information from sites that publish content.
RSS readers are now built into many internet browsers (such as Internet Explorer 7 and FireFox2) and the latest versions of email programmes like Microsoft Outlook. Alternatively links to RSS feeds can be added to personal pages in sites such as Google, My MSN, My Yahoo and NewsGator.

Please note that unfortunately the standard FC computer uses Internet Explorer 6 and Outlook '97, neither of which support a built-in RSS reader. :(
